  I went in for a cleaning and the dentist told me I needed a filling also. I got the cleaning, which they did a horrible job at, and also got the fillings I needed. Right after that I moved to another state. A couple of months later I had the filling fall out and had a lot of pain in my teeth. I went to another dentist where I had moved and they told me the office that did my fillings before had screwed up and done them wrong. Deer springs modern dentistry refused to fully reimburse me the couple hundred dollars for the botched fillings and only paid me back my copay, and would not reimurse me for the new fillings done out of state.
